Software: Use Microsoft PowerPoint version 2010 or 2007. 

 

Font sizes: Use font sizes to ensure that your visual aids can be clearly seen from a distance of at 

         least 25 metres.

 

Presentation: Your total time slot will be 15 minutes out of which 12 minutes will be given for the 

presentation and 3 minutes for defending the questions. State the purpose and 

objectives of the paper, the main concepts and results, and the conclusions. Avoid too 

much scientific details in your presentation which cannot be understood by the 

audience though your paper contains them. Talk to the audience in simple language. 

 

Do not exceed the allocated time for your presentation.

 

Panel discussion: There will be a panel discussion with the participation of all presenters of the respective session.

 

 

Please note that your paper will be evaluated by a panel of judges comprising of eminent scientists.
